Currently, there are three monks residing at Vimutti, all of whom were ordained under the Ajahn Chah Thai Forest tradition.

Ajahn Kusalacitto
Ajahn Kusalacitto is a New Zealand citizen who was born in Thailand and grew up in Laos. He was ordained as Anagarika at Bodhinyanarama, Wellington. He received Samanera ordination at Wat Nong Pah Pong, Ubon, and Bhikkhu ordination at Wat Pah Boon Lorm, Thailand. Ajahn Kusalacitto came to Vimutti in 2023.
Venerable Samvaro
Venerable Samvaro joined the Sangha in 2017 and started his monastic journey at Aruna Ratanagiri, where he lived for nearly four years. He continued his path at Cittaviveka, staying for about three years, and then at Bodhinyanarama for two years. He become a part of the Vimutti Resident Sangha in 2025. Venerable Samvaro, who is from UK, embraces simplicity in monastic living, and enjoys tudong, a practice he engages in annually.
Venerable Adicco
Venerable Adicco began his monastic life in 2016 as an Anagarika under Ajahn Dtun at Wat Boonyawad, Thailand. He subsequently returned to Europe and spent his early training years at Aruna Ratanagiri, UK. He was ordained by Ajahn Amaro in 2020, and in addition to having lived at Amaravati for a number of years, he also stayed at the Ajahn Chah monasteries in Portugal, Norway and Australia.
