Pah Bah Celebration (in lieu of Kathina)
To commemorate the end of vassa, a Pah Bah Celebration will be held at Vimutti Monastery. This beautiful ceremony brings together the lay community and Sangha, fostering a sense of harmony and shared purpose in supporting the monastery. It is an opportunity to honour the Sangha by offering robes and requisites and share merits. The Sangha reciprocates with chanting, blessings and dhamma teachings. The programme includes:
- taking 5 precepts
- offering alms food to monks
- shared meal
- robe offering
- dhamma teachings
- chanting and blessings
Come and join this meaningful ceremony with the Sangha.
